As Business Operations and Practice Manager at Northern Sydney Cataract, I am proud to lead a team of seven highly respected surgeons, supported by an outstanding clinical and administrative team. I oversee the day-to-day management of the practice, business development initiatives, and patient service operations, all with a focus on excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
With over 20 years of professional experience in business, marketing, advertising, and design, I bring strategic insight, creativity, and a patient-first mindset to everything I do. My role also extends beyond management, I am a trained ophthalmic assistant, actively involved in pre-consultation assessments and assisting our doctors during surgical procedures and intravitreal injections.
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to patient care and building strong, trusted relationships not only with our patients, but also with our referring optometrists and the broader healthcare community.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Hearing and Speech) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Orthoptics from the University of Technology Sydney. As the Head Orthoptist at Northern Sydney Cataract, I’m proud to lead our skilled and compassionate clinical team.
I’m passionate about patient care, eye health, and early diagnosis. My role involves assessing patients before they see the doctor, as well as assisting our surgeons during surgical procedures and intravitreal injections. I always strive to ensure that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well supported throughout their visit.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I also oversee our clinical team, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of care in every patient interaction. If you have any questions or concerns at any point during your appointment, please don’t hesitate to speak with me, I’m always happy to help.
